ADAM WELSH
DIRECTOR AND SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTH SOLUTIONS SECTOR

Adam Welsh brings extensive experience in the provider, health plan, and federal health markets to Apptis.  Adam drives strategy, blueprinting, and implementation engagements to expand and leverage Apptis core competencies in the commercial and government health markets.

Prior to joining Apptis, Adam served as senior associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he developed market strategy and intellectual capital in the areas of pay for performance, consumer directed health, health information technology, and health quality. In addition, Adam provided project management and delivered services to the Military Health System, the Department of Health and Human Services, major health plans, and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Adam earned a Masters in Business Administration in Strategy and Finance from FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Vermont. He serves as a board member and advisor to a number of medical group and health care associations, including the National Patient Safety Foundation Corporate Council Board and the American Medical Group Association Results-Based Payment System Initiative Advisory Board.
