SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS OPERATIONS


Diana Cunha is a seasoned management professional with more than 15 years experience in pricing, contract, and business strategies for companies serving the government marketplace. As Senior Vice President, Diane oversees and manages fulfillment operations, administration, facilities, and pricing in support of Apptis sectors and corporate services.

Before joining Apptis in 2004, Diane spent 12 years at ManTech International holding increasingly responsible positions, and culminating with the promotion to senior vice president, pricing and business strategies. In this role, she managed all aspects of competitive cost proposal submissions and contract activities. Diane supported large and complex proposal efforts of varying contract types from time and materials, FFP to all cost types, varying in scope from information technology, operations and management, systems integration, software development, engineering, and investigative services, to manufacturing and products such as automated test equipment.

Earlier in her career, Diane held analyst and manager positions at BDM International and Versar, Inc.

Diane earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University. She is an active member of National Contract Management Association (NCMA), American Management Association (AMA) and Professional Services Council (PSC).
