GSA CONNECTIONS provides Federal customers with a wide range of telecommunications products and services that support building and campus communications infrastructure needs worldwide. CONNECTIONS offers flexible, customized support service solutions including emerging technologies that facilitate the convergence of voice, data, and video and interface with next generation networks.

CONNECTIONS is a multiple-award fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracting effort. The contract has a three-year base period with five one-year options. CONNECTIONS product offerings are focused on the telecommunications infrastructure needs of GSA clients. At least 20% of all prime contract awards under the CONNECTIONS acquisition are comprised of small businesses with at least one national award based on the Government's best value determination.
