The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule is designed to allow federal agencies to meet mission requirements requiring integrated business solutions. The objective of MOBIS is to provide all federal agencies with access to the finest management consulting firms available in the commercial sector.

These services will facilitate agencies’ response to dynamic, evolutionary influences and mandates, and will enable them to meet and improve mission performance requirements. As these influences and mandates evolve, or are enacted, it is anticipated that the specific support provided by contractors under this schedule will evolve accordingly. These efforts should ultimately result in increased customer satisfaction and enhance the public’s confidence in their government.

Some examples of these influences and mandates are the Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, government reinvention initiatives such as improving customer service, benchmarking and streamlining; strategic sourcing; downsizing; and privatization.

SIN 874-7: Program Integration and Project Management Services
Management or integration of programs and projects to include, but not limited to:  program management, program oversight, project management, and program integration of a limited duration. A variety of functions may be utilized to support program integration or project management tasks.

Contractors provide services related to initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing out projects and programs. Task Orders may include, but are not limited to:

• Project leadership and communications

• Scheduling and cost control

• Risk management

• Management of project quality

• Project scope management

• Program/project performance measurement

• Program integration

• Program/project document

Delivery: Apptis provides both domestic and overseas delivery
Minimal Order: Requirement is $300.00
Incidental materials: Travel and ODC’s will be negotiated with the individual ordering agency.
Travel: Travel will be in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
