Description: The Project Manager Defense Communications and Army Transmissions Systems (PM DCATS) Command Center Upgrade (CCU) Special Project Office (SPO) contract (PM DCATS CCU SPO) provides the warfighter, major commands, and combatant commanders worldwide with easy access to products and services. These products and services include: satellite communications and wideband control systems, long-haul terrestrial microwave and fiber optic communications systems, tech control facilities, Combat Service Support Communications systems, critical power infrastructure, command center upgrades, base radios and combat vehicle intercom systems. It supports all areas of C4IS requirements (i.e., voice, video, data, etc).

Authorized Users: Ordering under the contract is decentralized, and is authorized to meet the needs of the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, and other federal agencies.
