Description: Apptis supports all aspects of the system development lifecycle including requirements definition, system design, software development and maintenance, software integration, functional verification testing, operational testing, system performance testing, and the development and maintenance of data reduction tools and simulations under ERSDS III. Our activities include designing, coding and unit testing INFOs, program improvements, and case files; developing functional descriptions and specification language from functional requirements; and updating simulations, adaptation data, build tools, and data reduction tools to support functional changes and subsystem enhancements. Support software is updated for all new or updated messages and hardware. Code and unit testing is performed to verify that the new software meets system specifications. All testing is conducted following according to FAA software development policies and procedures.
Designation: ERSDS III is designated for the development and maintenance of FAA En Route operational and support software.
