Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)

EAGLE is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, specifically designed as the preferred source of information technology (IT) services for the Department of Homeland Security.

The Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC), within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), has established DHS department-wide contracts for Information Technology (IT) support services under the program name EAGLE. The EAGLE contract is designed for ease-of-use, with no administrative fees applied by DHS, and will allow the Department to acquire IT solutions in five functional categories:

  1. Infrastructure Engineering
  2. Operations and Maintenance
  3. Independent Verification and Validation
  4. Software Development
  5. Management Support Services
