- FEMA’s Disaster Assistance Improvement Program (DAIP) is recognized as the gold standard for complex program management within DHS. We staff the PMO with personnel who successfully navigate the broad range of oversight and technical requirements presented by this high profile program, coordinating the effort of more than 18 Federal agencies.
- Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA’s) High Speed Connectivity (Hi-SOC) project brought network connectivity and supporting applications to over 400 US and International airport locations. We provided the quality and program management oversight for the implementation.
- TSA achieved the first “A” and 100%” on its FISMA scorecard within DHS. Our contribution to this included security policy and architecture, security engineering, security audit, and certification and accreditation.
- FEMA and USCG achieved “Green” on their FISMA scorecards. We provide Information System Security Officer Support Services for the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) within FEMA and the Office of Information Assurance (CG-62) within the U.S. Coast Guard.
