The Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC), within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), has established DHS department-wide contracts for Information Technology (IT) support services under the program name EAGLE. An IDIQ vehicle with cost reimbursement, time and materials (T&M), or firm fixed price (FFP) task orders, EAGLE is designed for ease-of-use, with no administrative fees applied by DHS, and will allow the Department to acquire IT solutions in five functional categories. Apptis holds a prime contract in Functional Category 5 (FC5), Management Support Services.

Under FC5, we can provide a full range of business and technical management services to assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, guidelines, and directives. These services encompass all areas of IT policy and planning including, but not limited to, enterprise architecture, security, training, enterprise resource management, business process reengineering, IT transformation and strategy, organizational change leadership, and enterprise and program management office support.
