Getting Started
- Initiate your ITES-2S task order by the issuing a Task Order Request (TOR) via the ASCP it e-mart, https://ascp.monmouth.army.mil/scp/index.jsp.
- Any deviation from ITES-2S contract T&Cs must have prior approval from the ITES-2S KO.
- Each order over $100K shall be placed on a competitive basis unless TO KO receives a waiver.
- No protests allowed unless task order "increases the scope, period of performance, or maximum value of the contract."
