Leading Integrator and Solutions Provider to Deliver Medical Administrative Support Services to Air Force
Chantilly, VA — September 10, 2007 — Apptis, Inc., a leading IT solutions and services provider to government and industry, today announced that the company has been awarded a five-year, up to $96.3M contract as part of the United States Air Force (USAF) Medical Administrative Support Services (MASS) contract vehicle. Apptis is a subcontractor to DP Technology Services, Inc., an 8 (a) woman-owned business headquartered in Quantico, VA, on this contract to support MASS at 63 geographically-dispersed USAF sites.
As part of the MASS contract, Apptis will provide medical service and staffing solutions in support of Military Treatment Facility (MTF) business areas including: patient appointing and referral management services, outpatient medical records maintenance services, and medical coding and auditing services. MASS will leverage Apptis extensive business operations experience at MTFs while building on the company’s capabilities in supporting and executing large IT enterprise services contracts.

Work done under this contract will augment the medical support services provided by Air Force military personnel, Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees and other contract resources.
