Apptis Awarded Networx Transition Support for Inventory Validation

GSA Contract Will Support Efforts at DISA

Chantilly, VA — February 03, 2010 — Apptis, Inc., a leading provider of essential IT and communications services to key Defense and Civilian agencies, today announced the company has been awarded the Networx Transition Support for Inventory Validation through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The work will be performed for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The contract is valued at $2.7 million for a six month base with two six month option periods.

Apptis will work with DISA to obtain accurate inventory information for telecom services to aid in the transition from FTS2001 to Networx contracts to take advantage of new technologies and pricing. Work performed under this contract includes program management support, telecom inventory validation, inventory data management, and data correction.
