Military Health Systems turned to Apptis to orchestrate an enterprise-wide technology refresh in 100 locations worldwide. With blade servers as the cornerstone, we helped to maximize use of existing facilities, reduce or eliminate “touch maintenance” costs, and use this savings to fund the effort, creating a scalable, interoperable enterprise.

The Environmental Protection Agency outsourced the management of its 12,000 Seat-Managed Service Call Center Solution to Apptis. By employing ISO 9001 and CMM3 certified processes, we helped the EPA increase customer satisfaction from 57% to 98% and reduce operations costs by $17.5 million over the life of the contract.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) hired Apptis to provide full-lifecycle managed services for 100,000 desktops, 33,000 laptops and 4,400 servers in 820 offices nationwide. Apptis has met the SLAs on this performance-based contract and has helped significantly reduce the cost of the IRS’s server infrastructure by deploying standardized servers, desktops, and printer services.

The Securities and Exchange Commission hired Apptis to provide 24 x 7 x 365 server administration, data engineering, security and desktop support for 5000 users in four Washington, DC and 11 regional office locations.  A performance-based contract, Apptis has consistently averaged over 95% across the board on SLAs.

George Washington University relies on us to meet the demands of its expanding facilities and student body – supplying everything from design, purchasing, and installation services to program management and 24 x 7 engineering consultation.
