The Administrative Office of the United States Courts awarded the DCN Local Area Network Equipment and Services BPA to Apptis on January 10, 2008. The duration of the BPA is one base year plus four one year options. ATS, a division of Apptis, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ATS) provides products and services from Cisco, Dell, HP, Veritas, and a host of other manufacturers via the Apptis GSA Schedule and teaming agreements. The BPA allows all nationwide court units to place orders directly with ATS as a turnkey solution provider.

Equipment, software, supplies/accessories, and services purchased under this agreement will be used for installation, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of local area networks at the Administrative Office and local federal courts locations.

Under this DCN BPA the U.S. Court customers may take advantage of the benefits that accompany our Cisco Gold and HP Gold Authorized Partner status. ATS is one of the only few Cisco channel partners in the federal government arena to receive IP/Telephony Specialization status.

ATS has the capability and willingness to enter into teaming agreements with any GSA schedule holder as necessary to fulfill any requirements the U.S. Courts may have under the DCN BPA.
